About Us

Munkeby Systems helps companies such as Saab, Lantmännen and some of Sweden's largest hospitals to catch and follow up on errors and deficiencies so they can work smarter, reduce risk and increase profitability.


Our anomaly management platform is at the heart of many organizations' quality and improvement efforts. Now is the time for us to take the next step towards expansion and growth. To do this, we are now complementing our experienced team with a dedicated B2B sales person for expansion in the Nordic market.

Your mission

Together with VVD, you get a big mandate to build your sales work from scratch.

You will:
  • Take an active part in the entire sales process from exploration, appointment booking, needs analysis, demo, quotation, negotiation and closing.
  • Sell complex software to larger organizations (+250 employees)
  • Manage long sales cycles and business with people in senior management, production and quality managers.
  • Participate in shaping how we sell: messages, target groups, packaging, argumentation and sales methodology.
  • Gradually build structure: pipeline, follow-up, CRM work and forecasting.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of proven experience in successful B2B sales of software to larger companies and organizations
  • Experience in selling business systems, management systems or similar mission-critical systems
  • Habit of complex business with multiple stakeholders and long decision-making processes
  • Experience in quality work, deviation management and/or ISO certification work
  • The habit of negotiating with larger companies
  • Experience in conducting demos and webinars
  • A structured and methodical approach to sales
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, in speech and writing
  • Driver's license
